Hut Bookings
- Maintain a diary of all bookings of the Hut
- Ensure that the Hut is always available for section meetings
- Hand out keys to the authorised booking person at the beginning of a booking
- Reclaim the keys from the authorised booking person at the end of a booking
- Receive all payments for the bookings
- Hand over all booking fees and details to the treasurer on a regular basis
- Maintain a list of charges, agreed with Group exec, for bookings
